- Ability to pass the training test
- Strong interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple marketing tasks

- Passing the training test
- Experience in marketing or community engagement preferred

- Ability to analyze marketing program effectiveness
- Ability to work collaboratively with management and team members

Job Duties
- Support execution of national marketing efforts and reinforce national promotions with local store marketing activities
- Support Motor Coach program (group sales) and activities involved in increasing restaurant involvement
- Obtain approval for all marketing plans from the General Manager
- Follow through on all details of the marketing programs
- Analyze the restaurant's current business position in the market with the General Manager
- Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the restaurant's current local store marketing programs
- Evaluate the success of each program with the General Manager upon completion to determine improvements
- Complete tracking reports and submit to General Manager on a weekly basis
