Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years experience in operational support roles
- Supervisory or management experience preferred
- Reliable personal transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to perform light home maintenance tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Effective interpersonal communication skills
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Must pass background check and any required screenings
- Compliance with company policies
- Ability to travel locally within assigned market or region
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation rental, or similar industry
- 1 to 2 years experience in operational support roles, preferably housekeeping and maintenance
- Prior supervisory or management experience in a similar industry
- Proficient technical computer skills with various hardware including laptops, tablets, and mobile devices
- Strong communication skills and ability to represent the company positively
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively
Job Duties
- Lead and develop a team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and annual evaluations
- Oversee daily operations and workflow management of assigned property portfolio
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Provide cross-coverage for team and management
- Conduct regular property inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals
- Respond to escalated guest and homeowner concerns via emails, calls, and tickets
