Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years experience in operational support roles
  • Supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Capability to perform light home maintenance tasks
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Dependable and self-motivated
  • Must pass background check and any required screenings
  • Compliance with company policies
  • Ability to travel locally within assigned market or region

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation rental, or similar industry
  • 1 to 2 years experience in operational support roles, preferably housekeeping and maintenance
  • Prior supervisory or management experience in a similar industry
  • Proficient technical computer skills with various hardware including laptops, tablets, and mobile devices
  • Strong communication skills and ability to represent the company positively
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop a team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and annual evaluations
  • Oversee daily operations and workflow management of assigned property portfolio
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide cross-coverage for team and management
  • Conduct regular property inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals
  • Respond to escalated guest and homeowner concerns via emails, calls, and tickets
