Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years experience in operational support roles
  • prior supervisory experience preferred
  • ability to travel frequently within local or regional market
  • reliable transportation
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to perform light maintenance tasks
  • able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
  • available to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • able to work in hybrid environment with in-person office time
  • dependable and self-motivated
  • strong interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation rental or similar industry preferred
  • 1-2 years in operational support roles, housekeeping and maintenance preferred
  • prior supervisory or management experience in similar industry preferred
  • proficient with laptops, tablets and mobile devices
  • reliable personal transportation
  • dependable and prepared
  • self-motivated and able to work independently
  • strong communication skills online and in person

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop a team of employees through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
  • oversee daily operations and workflow management for assigned properties
  • provide cross-coverage for team and management
  • conduct regular inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals
  • respond to escalated guest and homeowner concerns
  • develop relationships with property owners ensuring maintenance and care
  • manage company standards and metrics such as NPS and unit appearance
  • support budget adherence and cost-benefit analysis
  • assist onboarding team with new units joining portfolio
  • perform light home maintenance tasks
  • foster a collaborative work environment
  • assist in recruiting process
  • maintain relationships with regional team and management
  • perform additional duties as assigned
