Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and transport equipment minimum 65 lbs
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to comply with company safety protocols including respiratory protection and N95 mask fit testing
- Ability to complete background investigation and drug screen when applicable
- Ability to drive a company vehicle extensively during the workday
Job Qualifications

- Experience with medical equipment or home healthcare preferred
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interpret verbal, non-verbal, written, listening, and visual communications
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Mechanical aptitude for repair and troubleshooting of equipment
- Proficient with email, internet research, and Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Job Duties
- Drive local routes to deliver and set up medical equipment in patients' homes
- Educate patients and caregivers on safe use and maintenance of respiratory and home medical equipment
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper function and patient safety
- Complete delivery documentation and patient visit reports accurately and on time
- Keep assigned company vehicle clean, safe, and ready for service
- Respond to urgent equipment needs and participate in on-call rotations
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
