Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- minimum 1 year of driving experience
- physical ability to handle lifting and manual tasks
- willingness to work Mondays through Fridays including some evening shifts
- basic technology literacy for navigation and communication
- reliable transportation to get to the warehouse
Job Qualifications
- ability to drive a 15-passenger van safely in various weather conditions
- willingness to learn to drive larger vehicles such as 20-25 foot vans and box trucks
- physical stamina to stand for 6 or more hours
- ability to walk, bend, squat, climb, reach, and kneel
- capability to lift, push, or pull weights up to 50 pounds
- basic math skills including reading a scale
- proficiency in using a smartphone with data and Google Maps
- ability to read, write, and speak English
Job Duties
- conduct on-farm pickups
- deliver products to restaurants, food banks, homes, apartments, and unique locations
- assist in warehouse inventory and aggregation tasks
- operate company sprinter vans and larger delivery vehicles
- ensure timely and accurate deliveries within designated time windows
- maintain communication with customers and brand representatives
- handle loading, unloading, and transportation of produce
