Job Duties
- sell events that do not require sleeping rooms
- plan banquet food and beverage menus
- set event agendas and coordinate hotel meeting services
- review contracts and ensure effective communication with hotel staff
- host hotel tours and maintain customer relationships
- participate in and lead event meetings and staff meetings
- collaborate with sales and events team members and support staff
