Job Requirements
- Minimum three years of commercial driving experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean motor vehicle record with no major violations or accidents in the last three years
- Strong customer service orientation
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Excellent attention to safety and details
- Ability to work flexible schedules including various shifts and weekends
- Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships
- Must pass a vehicle road test
- Must maintain a current Department of Transportation physical and keep it on file
- Ability to lift and move equipment and products up to 50 pounds frequently and over 100 pounds occasionally
- Minimum age of 21 years to comply with US DOT requirements

Job Duties
- Safely operate commercial motor vehicles such as straight trucks or vans
- Deliver and unload caskets safely
- Develop and nurture customer relationships
- Effectively meet customer service center and customer demands
- Ensure local operational performance in areas including DOT regulations, health and safety, vehicle inspection and maintenance, work standards, procedures and policies, and customer satisfaction
- Use electronic logging devices accurately for hours of service and troubleshooting
- Participate in additional safe driver training and orientation as required
- Follow company safety policies and procedures
- Operate vehicles equipped with rear and forward-facing cameras for safety
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
