Job Requirements

  • 21 years or older
  • valid U.S. CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status if applicable
  • pass DOT physical and DOT road test
  • pass physical capability if applicable
  • adhere to DOT regulations
  • ability to push and pull cases ranging from 20 to 45 pounds repeatedly
  • capability to kneel, climb, bend, reach and walk during deliveries
  • reliable transportation for any required personal vehicle use
  • willingness to undergo pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • comply with company safety and operational policies

Job Qualifications

  • 21 years or older
  • valid U.S. CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status if applicable
  • pass DOT physical and DOT road test
  • pass physical capability if applicable
  • adhere to DOT regulations
  • working experience in retail or grocery store operations
  • selling experience including promotions and establishing new points of distribution
  • experience operating trucks requiring U.S. CDL license
  • ability to perform basic financial calculations
  • experience operating handheld computers for data entry and transactions

Job Duties

  • Sell and execute all promotions
  • service all scheduled customers by the end of shift
  • deliver products to store
  • rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf
  • comply with operating procedures such as scan-in/scan-out and following designated routes
  • deliver customer service including communication, rapport building, and attentiveness to customer needs
  • merchandise all accounts to local standards
  • establish positive working relationships with primary contacts at each account
  • maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
