Job Requirements
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum 2 years of consecutive driving experience or recent certification from an accredited Truck Driving School
- Valid class A or B CDL
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and obtain medical certificate
- No preventable accidents or license suspensions in past 2 years
- No alcohol-related convictions within last 10 years
- Ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds
- Read and write in English
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Uphold high standards of honesty and integrity
- Demonstrate commitment to safety culture
- Ability to collaborate and work well with others
- Willingness to obtain Hazmat Endorsement within 60 days if not currently held
Job Qualifications
- 2 years of consecutive driving experience or certification from an accredited Truck Driving School
- Valid class A or B CDL
- Current Hazmat Endorsement on CDL strongly preferred or ability to obtain within 60 days
- No preventable accidents or moving violations in past 2 years
- No alcohol-related convictions in last 10 years
- Ability to push, pull, move and/or lift at least 75 pounds
- Read and write in English
- High School diploma or GED
- 21 years or older
- Effective organizational, listening, and communication skills
- High standards of honesty and integrity
- Demonstrates personal ownership for safety
- Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Deliver products to customers by making an average of 10-12 stops per day, while touching freight, completing paperwork, and providing excellent customer service
- Accurately count and record the quantities and styles of products delivered and picked up
- Complete hazardous material shipping orders papers in accordance with DOT regulations
- Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Identify need for timely vehicle repairs and/or maintenance
- Build relationships and partnerships with internal and external customers to meet business and customer goals
- Continuously increase knowledge of Linde's operations and contribute to company growth
- Perform other duties as assigned
