Job Requirements

  • 21 years or older
  • Pass the required drug test and physical capabilities test if applicable
  • Valid U.S. CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status if applicable
  • Pass Department of Transportation physical and road test
  • Follow Department of Transportation regulations
  • Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance

Job Qualifications

  • 21 years or older
  • Valid U.S. CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status if applicable
  • Pass required drug test and physical capabilities test if applicable
  • Pass DOT physical and DOT road test
  • Knowledge of operating trucks requiring a valid CDL license including driving forwards, backwards, maneuvering in tight spaces and backing into dock spaces
  • Experience delivering products directly to stores with order-entry, sale/distribution, and working as part of an account team
  • Merchandising experience including filling shelves, building displays, rotating products, cleaning shelves and removing out of date products
  • Experience operating handheld computers for inputting data, entering transactions and printing
  • Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment including product storage, staging, and operating forklifts

Job Duties

  • Deliver products, serve customers, and execute all promotions to multiple stores each day
  • Operate trucks requiring an appropriate CDL license such as driving forwards, driving backwards, or maneuvering in tight spaces
  • Service all scheduled customers by the end of the daily shift
  • Merchandise and rotate all accounts to local standards including filling shelves, building displays, making products look attractive on shelves, rotating products, cleaning shelves, refilling out of stocks, removing out of date products, removing or returning shells
  • Push and pull pallet jacks, hand trucks and breakdowns to move products to and from truck
  • Establish positive working relationships with primary contact at each account
  • Comply with operating procedures such as scan-in/scan-out and following designated route
  • Serve customers effectively through communication, rapport building, and attentiveness to customer needs
  • Follow Department of Transportation regulations
  • Maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
