Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, dicing, and portioning according to recipes and standards
- Ensure all food items are properly stored, labeled, and rotated in compliance with food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas, equipment, and storage spaces
- Support the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with prep for service, specials, and events as needed
- Assist with preparation of larger quantities for catering or special events
- Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Track prep levels and communicate low inventory or supply needs to kitchen leadership
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to support smooth and timely service during busy periods
