Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to understand and negotiate contracts
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic solutions
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented and cross-functional environment
- Willingness to travel locally to customer sites
- Proficiency in sales and customer management tools

Job Duties
- Manage relationships with key regional fountain customers with potential expansion throughout multiple units
- Make headquarters calls, manage contracts and execution elements, introduce growth opportunities
- Establish and lead cross-functional relationships with field operations to ensure execution objectives and efficient workflows
- Develop and maintain partnerships with operational leadership, bottling partners, and brand partners to develop regional programming and ensure sales execution
- Monitor and measure service metrics and utilize results to develop standards and improvements
- Leverage sales tools to maximize sales opportunities and ensure adherence to strategic plans
- Coordinate relationships with other bottlers and handle equipment, sales, and funding aspects
- Analyze sales data and collaborate with customers and leaders to identify solutions and tactics
- Visit individual locations to build relationships and ensure proper in-store execution
- Coordinate equipment and service-related issues with customers
- Ensure timely and correct contract funding payments
- Collaborate with contract administrators, other bottlers, and distributors to ensure accurate volume reporting and funding allocation
