Job Requirements

  • Must be 18+ years old
  • pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check
  • hold a valid DOT medical card
  • commitment to safe work practices and PPE usage (company provided)
  • willing to work up to 6 days a week with overtime as needed
  • flexible to work nights, weekends, and travel for assignments
  • team player with a positive attitude
  • meet company, state, and federal driving standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years experience driving trucks of similar size and equipment preferred
  • valid CDL A or B license
  • strong math, recordkeeping, and basic reading skills
  • ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • professional and courteous communication skills
  • ability to train and mentor others if experienced

Job Duties

  • Safely operate ready mix trucks to deliver concrete to job sites and company locations
  • conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections by DOT standards
  • load and unload equipment and materials as needed
  • monitor gauges and vehicle systems during operation
  • maintain accurate mileage logs and delivery records
  • follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws
  • perform minor truck maintenance and keep your vehicle clean and orderly
