Job Requirements
- Must possess a valid commercial driver's license CDL-A or CDL-B
- Must have a valid DOT Medical Card
- Must pass a DOT physical and drug screen
- Able to work a variable schedule with call-in to the plant at 4/5pm daily
- 1 year of preferred driving experience
- Must be able to lift 40-50 pounds regularly
- Must be able to climb on traditional and truck ladders
- Must be physically capable of standing/sitting for long periods and performing fast repetitive hand movements
- Must adhere to a strict no smoking policy on company property
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain the highest standard of quality and safety while ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of concrete
- Operate an 80,000 lbs ready-mix truck in accordance with all federal and state regulations
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections in accordance with DOT guidelines and document and request required repairs as needed
- Load and pour concrete according to procedures involving the use of ladders, main chutes, and extension chutes, as well as driving in and out of areas with heavy pedestrian and equipment traffic
- Maintain delivery, truck, and driving records in accordance with company policies, as well as federal and state regulations
- Read delivery tickets and communicate with dispatch regarding all deliveries
- Wash residual concrete and materials off and out of all areas of the truck and barrel
