Job Requirements

  • Class A CDL
  • Endorsements: HazMat, Doubles/Triples
  • Verifiable commercial driving experience
  • Clean driving record reflecting less than two moving violations in the past 3 years
  • Complete all onboarding requirements
  • 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Verifiable commercial driving experience
  • Clean driving record with less than two moving violations within past 3 years
  • Ability to complete all onboarding requirements
  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Operate company-owned tractor-trailer or straight trucks to transport freight between designated locations
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment
  • Adhere to assigned routes and schedules, ensuring timely delivery
  • Maintain a safe driving record and comply with all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company policies
  • Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transport
  • Manage electronic logging devices (ELDs) to accurately record driving hours and activities
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, service center personnel, and customers
  • Provide courteous and professional interaction with customers, ensuring a positive representation of ACT
  • Proactively support operations by assisting supervisors with key tasks and initiatives
