Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Capable of handling freight weighing 40-60 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Experience with local delivery preferred
- Familiarity with hand cart and hand truck usage
- Experience in food and beverage delivery a plus
- Consistent work history
Job Duties
- Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle for local delivery routes
- Load and unload freight with care, handling products weighing up to 100 pounds
- Deliver food and restaurant-related products to customers while ensuring product quality
- Maintain accurate delivery records and complete required paperwork
- Communicate effectively with customers and dispatch to coordinate deliveries
- Adhere to all safety and transportation regulations
- Participate in ongoing training and safety programs to enhance skills
