Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Class A CDL license with HAZMAT and Airbrake endorsements
- Clean driving record with no more than two traffic convictions or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
- No driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances in the last 7 years
- Drug-free work compliance
- Physical capability to lift 75 pounds regularly and move more than 125 pounds with equipment
- Minimum 1-year CDL driving experience within last 5 years or recent trucking school certificate
- Willingness to work Monday to Friday with occasional weekends
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with HAZMAT and Airbrake endorsements
- Ability to maintain appropriate driver's license, medical card and endorsements
- Ability to lift 75 pounds regularly and move more than 125 pounds with material handling equipment
- Ability to provide proof of 1 year CDL driving experience in the last 5 years or certificate from trucking school completed in last 5 years
- Commitment to working in a drug-free environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Good physical condition to handle labor-intensive duties
Job Duties
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Load and unload truck daily with gas cylinders and supplies
- Maintain courteous and professional relationships with customers
- Make deliveries in a timely manner
- Safely strap and unstrap cylinders
- Make deliveries on customer property sites using a hand cart, emphasis on labor-intensive physical demands
- Frequently exit vehicle during deliveries
