Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in retail or inventory coordination
- Proficient in Eagle inventory system
- Ability to handle electronic data interchange (EDI) processing
- Effective communication skills
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic familiarity with marketing and promotional activities
- Ability to use social media tools
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail buying or inventory management preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with inventory management systems such as Eagle
- Experience with EDI processing and order transmission
- Knowledge of marketing principles and promotional planning
- Strong communication skills for internal and external correspondence
- Ability to create and edit marketing materials and social media content
- Basic project management skills
- Familiarity with event coordination and regulatory compliance
- Competency in website support and troubleshooting
- Customer service experience
Job Duties
- Completing store to store transfers in Eagle system
- Completing DC transfers/distros in Eagle system
- Transmit store Orgill orders
- Process weekly EDI for Orgill orders
- Communicate inventory changes including inventory verification and label changes
- Prepare annual marketing plan with MAC'S team and Tyndale
- Support and monitor marketing budget
- Provide store communication of marketing plan
- Support and completion of monthly promotional item list
- Proof and edit creative from Circulars Unlimited and Tyndale
- Process sale signs and posters
- Prepare social media plan for Tyndale including email direction
- Create additional social media posts with store and product images
- Provide sale support for website carousel and counter specials
- Send store promotional direction
- Create and maintain Eagle promo
- Sale performance reporting
- Create hot sheet handout for store printing
- Review and maintain monthly item list
- Share files with stores and Tyndale
- Provide direction and support for MAC'S Rewards FanBuilder for stores and customers
- Prepare daily and weekly reports
- Complete event registration
- Create signs, banners, and supporting material for local events and giveaways
- Maintain prize award records to comply with state rules and regulations
- Create and maintain special signs
- Prepare and send items to store locations
- Obtain quotes, authorization, and project manage signage projects
- Monitor and support website features and data
- Provide direction to Tyndale or Help Desk for website updates
- Create and maintain TV monitors in stores
- Create and send employee anniversary certificates to stores
- Maintain historical records of MAC'S
- Answer corporate phone line calls
- Monitor and reply to website email inquiries
- Scan and distribute mail to appropriate departments
