Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year housekeeping or cleaning experience
  • Minimum of 1 year hotel experience
  • Ability to lift equipment or furniture up to 50 lbs with or without accommodations
  • Flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays if assigned
  • Ability to lift, bend, stoop, walk, push or pull heavy equipment, and stand for extended periods with or without accommodations
  • Must uphold Hilton’s appearance and grooming standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year housekeeping or cleaning experience
  • Minimum of 1 year hotel experience
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Passion for hospitality and customer service
  • Team player
  • Ability to maintain 4-diamond level of service
  • Effective communication skills with guests, supervisors, and coworkers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Ensure hotel lobbies and fitness center are serviced throughout the day
  • Service all public restrooms in lobby, second floor restrooms, and pool areas
  • Service the executive offices
  • Service men’s and ladies’ associate locker rooms
  • Ensure main guest entrance is neat, clean, and presentable at all times
  • Ensure all floral arrangements and plants are neat with no debris in the planters
  • Service guest and associate elevators
  • Complete special projects as assigned
  • Report any maintenance issues or concerns
  • Anticipate guest needs, demonstrating sensitivity and responsiveness
  • Maintain high standards of appearance and grooming, including wearing correct nametag and uniform
  • Know and understand all hotel services and amenities
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals
