Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of hotel public spaces including lobbies, restrooms, and corridors
- interact with guests to provide assistance and exceptional customer service
- push, pull, and lift items as required to ensure tidiness
- respond promptly to guest requests and cleaning emergencies
- follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment
- coordinate with other hotel departments to support hotel operations
- monitor and restock supplies in public areas as needed
