Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness of hotel public spaces including lobbies, restrooms, and corridors
  • interact with guests to provide assistance and exceptional customer service
  • push, pull, and lift items as required to ensure tidiness
  • respond promptly to guest requests and cleaning emergencies
  • follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment
  • coordinate with other hotel departments to support hotel operations
  • monitor and restock supplies in public areas as needed
