Job Duties

  • maintain cleanliness of all hotel public areas including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
  • communicate effectively with guests to provide superior service and respond to inquiries
  • perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, and lifting moderate weights
  • ensure public spaces are orderly and well-presented at all times
  • work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • collaborate with other departments to support overall hotel operations
  • report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
