Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness of all hotel public areas including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- communicate effectively with guests to provide superior service and respond to inquiries
- perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, and lifting moderate weights
- ensure public spaces are orderly and well-presented at all times
- work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- collaborate with other departments to support overall hotel operations
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
