Job Description
This job opportunity is offered by an independent franchisee who owns and operates a McDonald's restaurant. This franchisee operates under a license that permits the use of McDonald's logos and food products but is a distinct business entity separate from McDonald's USA. As such, the franchisee is the employer responsible for all employment-related decisions and activities, including hiring, firing, employee supervision, disciplinary actions, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
- ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- good interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Wipe down tables and chairs in the lobby
- keep Beverage Bar clean and stocked
- sweep and mop floors
- complete lot checks to ensure the outside is always clean
- wipe down kiosks to ensure highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation
- clean and stock restrooms
