Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a luxury hotel or resort lobby bar and/or coffee shop environment
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage service standards
- ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- strong organizational and time-management skills
- comprehensive knowledge of bar operations
- flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a luxury hotel or resort lobby bar and/or coffee shop environment

- excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage service standards
- ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, especially during busy service periods or high-profile events
- strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- comprehensive knowledge of bar operations and expertise in a wide variety of liquors
- flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs
- high school diploma or equivalent
- additional education or certification in hospitality management or related field is a plus
Job Duties
- Supervising and mentoring baristas, bartenders, and support staff, ensuring they deliver impeccable service and adhere to resort standards
- overseeing all aspects of lobby bar and marketplace operations, including staffing, inventory management, ordering, and stocking, to maintain high-quality service and uphold brand standards
- verifying all grab-and-go product expiration dates and ensuring proper rotation of products
- creating coffee art programming
- collaborating with the culinary team to develop and update menu offerings, ensuring they reflect current trends and guest preferences
- training and coaching staff on coffee preparation techniques, cocktail recipes, and customer service best practices to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue
- monitoring beverage quality and presentation, providing feedback and guidance to ensure consistency and excellence in drink preparation
