Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a luxury hotel or resort lobby bar and/or coffee shop environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage service standards
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of bar operations
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Comprehensive knowledge of bar operations and expertise in a wide variety of liquors
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- additional education or certification in hospitality management or related field is a plus
Job Duties
- Supervising and mentoring baristas, bartenders, and support staff, ensuring they deliver impeccable service and adhere to resort standards
- Overseeing all aspects of lobby bar and marketplace operations, including staffing, inventory management, ordering, and stocking, to maintain high-quality service and uphold brand standards
- Verifying all grab-and-go product expiration dates and ensuring proper rotation of products
- Creating coffee art programming
- Collaborating with the culinary team to develop and update menu offerings, ensuring they reflect current trends and guest preferences
- Training and coaching staff on coffee preparation techniques, cocktail recipes, and customer service best practices to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue
- Monitoring beverage quality and presentation, providing feedback and guidance to ensure consistency and excellence in drink preparation
- Managing guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed guest expectations and resolve issues to their satisfaction
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the lobby bar and coffee shop, including bar tops, equipment, and seating areas, in accordance with health and safety standards
- Assisting in developing and implementing standard operating procedures, service protocols, and training materials to maintain consistency and excellence in service
- Collaborating with other resort departments, such as food and beverage, culinary, and guest services, to enhance the overall guest experience and drive revenue opportunities
