Job Duties
- Provide a genuine welcome and warm greeting to participants upon arrival
- Check participants into their guest rooms efficiently and accurately
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of facility amenities to answer participant inquiries
- Collaborate closely with the housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards
- Manage the delivery and retrieval of participant luggage promptly and securely
- Assist participants with directions and information about on-site venues and services
- Ensure the lobby area is organized, welcoming, and reflective of the facility's high standards
