Job Duties

  • Provide a genuine welcome and warm greeting to participants upon arrival
  • Check participants into their guest rooms efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of facility amenities to answer participant inquiries
  • Collaborate closely with the housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards
  • Manage the delivery and retrieval of participant luggage promptly and securely
  • Assist participants with directions and information about on-site venues and services
  • Ensure the lobby area is organized, welcoming, and reflective of the facility's high standards
