Job Duties
- Provide a genuine welcome experience to participants as they arrive
- Check participants into their guest rooms efficiently
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the facility to answer participant inquiries
- Work closely with housekeeping to ensure seamless guestroom experience
- Catalog and deliver participant luggage promptly upon arrival and departure
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, participants, and business partners
- Adapt to various situations and display empathy in all interactions
