Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent verbal communication abilities
- knowledge of local area and hotel services
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to assist with luggage handling

Job Duties
