Job Requirements
- Must be able to exert physical effort in lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push or pull 50 plus pounds
- Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas
- Remain mobile and standing for at least 8 hours throughout work shift
- Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and other departments
- Must have positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending or mixology experience
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality artisanal cocktails using fresh ingredients and precise techniques
- Provide excellent customer service and engage positively with guests
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers to ensure smooth operations
- Handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and pushing/pulling over 50 pounds
- Remain mobile and on foot throughout the work shift for extended hours
- Uphold a positive attitude and professionalism at all times
