Job Requirements

  • Flexible schedule with ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Fluency in English
  • Legal work authorization in the United States
  • 1-2 years of food and beverage experience
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional guest service
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in fine dining and knowledge of steaks (cuts, temperatures, etc.) is preferred, though not required
  • Able to read each table and adapt to the guest, creating a customized experience
  • Thrive working in a fast paced, and large team environment
  • A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions
  • High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional knowledge of food and beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods
  • Ensure each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile
  • Display impressive salesmanship in guiding guests through the menu and maximizing revenue with upsell opportunities
  • Help with the setup and breakdown of the bar and dining areas before and after service
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Provide support to the bartending and serving team as needed to ensure efficient service
  • Greet guests warmly and assist with seating or other requests as necessary
  • Monitor and maintain restroom cleanliness and supplies
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive and seamless guest experience
