Job Requirements
- Flexible schedule with ability to work weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English
- Legal work authorization in the United States
- 1-2 years of food and beverage experience
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide exceptional guest service

Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in fine dining and knowledge of steaks (cuts, temperatures, etc.) is preferred, though not required
- Able to read each table and adapt to the guest, creating a customized experience
- Thrive working in a fast paced, and large team environment
- A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
- Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions
- High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional knowledge of food and beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods
- Ensure each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile
- Display impressive salesmanship in guiding guests through the menu and maximizing revenue with upsell opportunities
- Help with the setup and breakdown of the bar and dining areas before and after service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide support to the bartending and serving team as needed to ensure efficient service
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating or other requests as necessary
- Monitor and maintain restroom cleanliness and supplies
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and seamless guest experience
