Job Requirements
- Ability to multitask lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet or outdoors for the full shift
- Proven experience in a high-end bar or beverage supervisor role
- Strong beverage knowledge across cocktails wine spirits and non-alcoholic options
- ServSafe and Alcohol Awareness certification or ability to certify within 60 days
- Experience with Micros POS system is a plus

Job Duties
- Lead the Lobby Bar's daily operations ensuring smooth efficient and guest-focused beverage service
- Develop innovative cocktail menus and beverage pairings in collaboration with culinary partners
- Oversee inventory and purchasing maintaining quality while managing costs effectively
- Train and coach bar staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold safety and hygiene standards
- Drive beverage revenue by staying ahead of industry trends and implementing creative sales strategies
