Job Qualifications
- minimum two years experience in a similar luxury hospitality role
- at least three years management experience of a cocktail restaurant and bar
- proven creativity in mixology
- strong organizational and administrative skills
- excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask effectively
- familiarity with inventory and payroll management
Job Duties
- create exquisite and innovative cocktail recipes
- manage and lead the lobby bar team
- oversee inventory, payroll, and cost control
- implement staff training programs
- schedule and minimize labor costs
- research and apply latest trends in cocktails, beer, spirits, and wine
- ensure high-quality service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
