Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of experience in a similar hospitality position
  • Three years of bar or restaurant management experience
  • Proficiency in cocktail creation and current beverage trends
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage inventory and payroll systems
  • Willingness to work long hours and flexible shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of experience in luxury hospitality or similar role
  • At least three years managing a cocktail restaurant and bar
  • Proven expertise in creative cocktail preparation and trend research
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in inventory management, payroll, and cost control
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours in a 24-hour operation

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily bar operations and ensure a luxurious guest experience
  • Create and execute innovative cocktail recipes based on current trends
  • Lead, train, and develop bar staff to maintain high performance
  • Manage scheduling to optimize labor costs and streamline processes
  • Control inventory, payroll, and cost to meet budgetary requirements
