Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality preferred
- ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 150 lbs
- manual dexterity and physical stamina
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- effective communication skills
- compliance with attendance and punctuality policies

- manual dexterity to use knives, handle glassware, and tap kegs

Job Duties
- Retrieves orders from storeroom and checks stock accuracy
- cuts, slices, and peels garnishes and fruits
- mixes and pours juices for bar service
- maintains adequate supplies including stir sticks, napkins, and matches
- cleans bar area, refrigeration, and storage to comply with health codes
- scoops and transports ice to service areas
- boxes and saves empty liquor bottles for returns
- transports and performs maintenance on heavy beer kegs
- complies with attendance rules and works regularly
- performs other job-related duties as assigned
