Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality preferred
  • ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 150 lbs
  • manual dexterity and physical stamina
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • effective communication skills
  • compliance with attendance and punctuality policies

Job Qualifications

  • Hotel experience preferred
  • must communicate well with guests
  • basic mathematical skills for portion control
  • manual dexterity to use knives, handle glassware, and tap kegs
  • ability to comprehend product labeling and safety protocols
  • physical ability to lift or move items up to 150 lbs
  • able to work within various temperature environments
  • effective verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Retrieves orders from storeroom and checks stock accuracy
  • cuts, slices, and peels garnishes and fruits
  • mixes and pours juices for bar service
  • maintains adequate supplies including stir sticks, napkins, and matches
  • cleans bar area, refrigeration, and storage to comply with health codes
  • scoops and transports ice to service areas
  • boxes and saves empty liquor bottles for returns
  • transports and performs maintenance on heavy beer kegs
  • complies with attendance rules and works regularly
  • performs other job-related duties as assigned
