Job Requirements
- Prefer evening, weekends, and holidays shift availability
- Ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds independently
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel or sit for prolonged periods
- Capability to maneuver carts and equipment on various surfaces
- Compliance with company safety policies and procedures
- Effective communication skills
- No prior supervisory experience required

- Previous housekeeping experience preferred

Job Duties
- Clean showers and public and employee restrooms
- Clean glass surfaces in public and employee areas
- Clean floors in public and employee spaces using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment
- Dust surfaces in assigned areas
- Empty trash containers, ashtrays, and waste bins in public areas into appropriate receptacles
- Inspect furniture for damage such as breaks, tears, and stains and report damage
- Clean and maintain lighting fixtures
- Place caution signs to reduce traffic when necessary
- Contact other departments directly for urgent repairs
- Respond promptly to guest and departmental requests
- Identify and report preventive maintenance problems in public areas or guest rooms
