- previous or current experience in cleaning and customer service
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 55 pounds with or without assistance
- ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and work in confined or elevated spaces
- willingness to adhere to company safety policies and complete safety training
- professional and clean personal appearance
- ability to work full time
Job Qualifications
- previous or current experience in cleaning and customer service
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods
- good motor skills and eye-hand coordination
- ability to work in confined, elevated, or narrow spaces
- ability to follow company safety policies and procedures
- professional personal appearance and wearing of a clean uniform
- high school diploma or equivalent is not required
- no supervisory experience required
- no licenses or certifications required
Job Duties
- clean the showers and public and employee restrooms
- clean glass surfaces in public and employee areas
- clean floor surfaces in public and employee spaces using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment
- dust surfaces in assigned areas
- empty trash containers, ashtrays, and urns in public areas into appropriate receptacles
- inspect the condition of furniture for breakage, tears, or stains and report damages
- clean and maintain lighting fixtures
- place caution signs to reduce traffic when necessary
- contact other departments directly for urgent repairs
- promptly respond to requests from guests and other departments
- identify and report preventive maintenance or safety issues in public areas or guest rooms
