Job Requirements
- Physical ability to stand and walk continuously
- Ability to climb ladders up to 12 feet
- Capability to frequently crouch, push, pull, squat, and work above shoulder level
- Manual dexterity for continuous grasping and fine manipulation
- Ability to carry 25-35 pounds over distances up to 150 feet
- Comfort communicating in English
- Proven ability to manage multiple cleaning and maintenance tasks efficiently
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or public area maintenance preferred
- Strong communication skills in English

- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Maintain all public areas including guest bathrooms, fitness center, lobby, staircases, hotel entrances, pool restrooms, employees' restrooms, Citrus Garden, and locker room
- Replenish lobby towels, tissue, toilet paper, toilet seat covers, hand soap dispensers, and water in designated areas
- Deliver water to turndown carts, closets, fitness center, Green Room, and Bungalows
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms including wiping dispensers, mirrors, basins, toilets, countertops, and manage trash collection and disposal
- Respond to special guest requests related to lobby amenities
- Report and help correct imperfections and blemishes in hotel public areas
- Communicate effectively with other hotel departments for smooth operational coordination
