Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in hospitality or residential services preferred
- Ability to maintain composure in busy and challenging situations
- Familiarity with standard front desk operations
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid driver's license
Job Duties
- Create an environment that assures consistent owner and guest satisfaction at a 5-star hotel standard
- Maintain a calm and pleasant personality in all types of situations
- Deal with the general public, owners, residents, and employees with tact and courtesy
- Adhere to prescribed standard operation procedures
- Report to front desk supervisor, assistant property manager, and/or property manager
- Enter and retrieve information from computer databases
- Anticipate owner and guest needs and learn preferences
- Handle owner and guest requests including basic concierge services
- Respond to special requests and follow up
- Announce and permit access to authorized visitors
- Receive, process, and deliver laundry, shipments, and mail
- Transport residents in the building's luxury house car
