Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to converse comfortably with residents, guests, and vendors
- Moderate hearing and vision capabilities
- Excellent speech communication skills
- Average computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally push or pull up to 200 lbs of force
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching required
- Availability for two 8-hour shifts weekly with potential for additional hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer contact experience preferred
- Knowledge of high-rise building operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to comprehend and follow emergency procedures
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Physically able to perform job duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Greet residents and guests warmly
- Provide key access to units and assist with parcel delivery
- Receive and record deliveries, hand mail and packages to residents
- Report any unauthorized access or unusual activity
- Coordinate access for vendors servicing common areas under manager supervision
- Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and assist during emergencies
- Coordinate dry cleaning, laundry pickup, dog walking, and messenger services
