Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Interact with hotel guests to enhance service experience through activation of services across lobby area establishments such as restaurant and bar, front desk, business center, lounge
  • Respond to guest requests for special services such as transportation, reservations, and laundry by processing requests or identifying appropriate providers
  • Attend to special needs of guests and verify their satisfaction
  • Gather, summarize and provide local area knowledge to inform guests about property amenities, local events, and activities
  • Contact appropriate personnel or departments such as bell staff, housekeeping, and food and beverage servers to resolve guest calls, requests, or issues
  • Report accidents, injuries, and hazardous working conditions to a manager and complete safety training and certifications
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, maintain neat and professional appearance, uphold confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
  • Greet and recognize all guests according to company standards, anticipate guest service needs, assist guests with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation
  • Use clear and professional language in communication, prepare and review written documents accurately and timely, and answer telephones following proper etiquette
  • Cultivate positive working relationships with coworkers, support the team in achieving common goals, and respond appropriately to coworkers' concerns
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during shifts
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned
