Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of current mixology trends and techniques
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Physical ability to lift moderate weights
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
Job Qualifications

- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation
- Familiarity with bar equipment and sanitation practices
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Understanding of state and local alcohol service laws
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
- Provide customized drink recommendations based on guest tastes and seasonal menu offerings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including tools and glassware
- Monitor and adhere to state and local serving guidelines and sanitation standards
- Engage guests in friendly and casual conversation to enhance their experience
- Restock bar inventory and supplies efficiently to ensure seamless service
- Assist in cash handling and point-of-sale transactions accurately
