Job Duties
- Foster professional business relationships with clients by identifying opportunities, resolving challenges with expertise, and delivering exceptional service throughout the home loan journey
- Establish and grow referral partnerships with realtors, builders, and industry professionals
- Represent Gershman Mortgage at open houses, collaborate with agents on events, and work closely with our seasoned operations team to ensure seamless support
- Evaluate financial profiles, recommend tailored loan solutions, and guide clients through the mortgage process with clarity, empathy, and confidence
- Set ambitious production goals and leverage the expertise of in-house marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns
- Utilize market trends and real-time data to expand reach and elevate brand
- Access ongoing training, tools, and resources designed to accelerate growth and help achieve and redefine sales objectives
