Job Requirements
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- Experience in caregiving preferred
- Commitment to Tuesday evening training sessions from January to March
- Ability to work minimum 24 hours per week
- Pass background screening
- Willingness to undergo employment interview and facility tour
- Adherence to recommended health and safety guidelines
Job Qualifications

- Background in caregiving or related experience preferred
- Ability to commit to training schedule
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to work in a resident-centered care environment
- Ability to pass the State LNA exam
- Positive attitude toward teamwork and diversity
Job Duties
- Screening candidates for training program eligibility
- Providing paid employment as PCA during training
- Conducting LNA training classes
- Supporting candidates in preparing for the State LNA exam
- Offering full or part-time LNA positions upon certification
- Promoting a resident-centered approach to care
- Upholding community values and professional development
