Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality and/or customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends as needed

Job Duties
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Director of Sales for all special events
- Coordinate event details with internal departments and external vendors
- Maintain accurate event documentation through digital filing systems
- Assist with department systems maintenance including CRM and event diagramming software
- Process event deposits and payments in a timely manner
- Track payment status for all events and provide accurate reporting
- Manage accounts receivable follow up with monthly updates
- Manage inventory of sales kits, collateral materials, ticket requests, and client gifts
- Update special event menus in collaboration with the marketing team
- Support reporting requirements including Strategic Sales Plans, Competitive Analysis, Budget, Forecasting, and Weekly Recaps
- Assist with special projects as assigned
