Job Requirements
- Minimum of five years experience as a production manager, promoter rep, or event coordinator
- General knowledge of venue operations
- Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves attitude
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work under pressure and remain even-tempered
- Ability to make clear concise decisions sometimes with limited information
- Proficient in Windows applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Comfortable working in a high-energy, loud environment with extended standing, lifting, and moving equipment
- Strong professional references

Job Duties
- Coordinate between tour and client production and the Live Nation venue
- Advance and obtain presale technical information including production needs and rider requirements
- Interface with local contractors, tours, clients, and venue production teams for all show requirements including stagehands and rental equipment
- Manage the day-of-show operations from load-in to load-out ensuring customer service and adherence to schedules
- Conduct show accounting and settlement including vendor payments
- Track labor costs and maintain budgets for cost-effective operations
- Coordinate and manage approved subcontractors and third-party vendors for safe, efficient events
- Assist in onboarding and training production staff ensuring team readiness and best practices
- Develop direct reports through performance expectations and constructive communication
- Establish and maintain a positive and supportive workplace culture as part of the venue leadership team
- Foster positive experiences for artists, clients, and staff to maintain a safe and enjoyable venue environment
