Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- 1-3 years high volume experience in fine dining, restaurant or club operations
- 1-2 years supervisory or operational management experience
- responsible alcohol awareness training certification or equivalent
- Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint knowledge

- Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent
- college degree in related field preferred
- Responsible Alcohol Service certification preferred
- T.I.P.S. certification or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Meet or exceed budgetary expectations on all associated line items
- cost control on food and beverage including liquor
- responsible for managing labor cost through proper staffing and schedule management
- assist with developing monthly and quarterly specials and events
- complete required paperwork in a timely manner
- assist with monthly building inventory
- supervision of hourly staff and supervisors
- conduct annual evaluations and set goals for individuals and outline team action plans
- propose compensation recommendations to department director
- hold departmental staff meetings to keep everyone informed of progress and problems
- maintain open door policy with staff
- monitor progress of staff and management
- provide ongoing training of staff
- oversee participation in cross training and re-certification programs
- maintain appropriate staffing levels including hiring, terminations and disciplinary documentation
- maintain positive staff relations
- manage and aid in execution of on-site training programs and operational rollouts
- conduct quarterly training seminars
- attend venue level operations meetings as required
- complete schedules for hourly staff weekly
- maintain service standards
- conduct housekeeping walk throughs
- meet or exceed health and safety requirements
- follow all policies and procedures
- maintain operational supplies
- ensure full compliance with alcohol policies and procedures
- ensure smooth operations of department
- keep guest feedback log
- complete incident reports
- maintain and coordinate labor based on nightly sales
- ensure environmental standards are adequate
- perform daily pre-shift and post-shift meetings
- provide for liquor pulls and ensure accurate accounting
- coordinate and oversee private and special events per event specifications
- perform other duties as assigned
