Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of relevant management experience
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge and experience in venue operations and facility management
- Ability to work with local government and public safety officials
- Experience managing multiple departments and large teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to recruit, train, and supervise staff

- Willingness to collaborate with General Manager and external stakeholders
- Experience in budgeting and payroll management
- Flexible and resourceful with problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership and strong management skills
- Extensive knowledge of venue operations and facility management
- At least two years of experience as House or Operations Manager or comparable role
- Experience interacting with police and public officials
- Experience managing multiple departments and large staff including Security, Ticket Takers, and Ushers
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with Workday or timekeeping systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of facility operations and maintenance including front of house, preventive maintenance, contracting, government relationships, staffing, and venue set-up and tear-down
- Ensure outstanding tasks are handled personally or delegated appropriately
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise part-time staff and supervisors across Security, Maintenance, Cleaning, and Usher/Ticket Taker departments
- Develop and oversee budgets for repairs, maintenance, and venue supplies
- Assist in annual operations budget preparation with General Manager
- Maintain and monitor incident reports, investigate and manage cases including staff interviews and arbitration hearings
- Ensure optimum operating condition of facility equipment such as traffic and crowd control devices
- Investigate and resolve guest-related complaints
- Implement and enforce Live Nation policies, procedures, and standards
- Create and execute recruiting programs for seasonal event staff
- Manage new hire onboarding and training for event staff
- Oversee training and ongoing development programs for event staff
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable facility environment for guests and employees
- Develop and maintain relationships with local municipalities including police, fire, rescue, and traffic departments
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and third-party vendors for safe and efficient events
- Manage and approve payroll for in-house departments
- Prepare and submit all required governmental reports and files
- Oversee compliance with operating department policies and procedures
