Job Requirements
- Responsible alcohol awareness training certification or equivalent
- high school diploma
- 3-5 years experience in high volume restaurant experience
- minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
- previous experience managing purchasing, receiving and inventories
- previous P&L responsibility and knowledge of accounting techniques

Job Duties
- Recruitment and training of department managers and supervisors
- conducts annual performance appraisals of managers and supervisors
- provides for development of managers and supervisors
- conducts performance counseling and ensures discipline and termination procedures follow all company guidelines
- ensures conflict resolution procedures are followed
- ensures compliance with workplace standards
- facilitates proper inter-departmental communication and organization
- assists and supports team members in their job functions as needed
- maintains appropriate environment
- maintains all guest service standards
- maintains a high level of guest relations
- maintains systems for cost controls and inventories
- assists in preparation of annual budget and quarterly operating plans
- develops strategies to generate and enhance revenue
- maintains controllable expenses and establishes effective cost control systems
- ensures atmosphere is conducive to a quality experience including lighting, sound, cleanliness, and VIP seating
