Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • lead daily service periods ensuring consistent execution of food beverage and hospitality standards
  • actively manage the floor during peak periods nights weekends resolving guest issues in real time
  • uphold cleanliness safety and facility standards across FOH BOH and public spaces
  • ensure compliance with all health safety and alcohol regulations TABC
  • hire train coach and develop managers and hourly team members
  • reinforce a culture of accountability hospitality and teamwork
  • lead pre-shift meetings service recaps and ongoing performance feedback
  • support performance management corrective action and scheduling discipline
  • execute weekly labor planning and scheduling to meet sales forecasts and labor targets
  • support inventory management ordering and cost controls food beverage supplies
  • understand and help manage key KPIs including labor percentage FOH BOH COGS percentage contribution margin guest counts average spend and sales mix
  • assist GM with weekly reporting variance explanations and action plans
  • ensure accurate timekeeping tip compliance and payroll submissions
  • maintain ordering receiving and invoice accuracy
  • support POS accuracy menu updates and operational rollouts
  • ensure adherence to company SOPs and brand standards
