Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Relevant experience supporting management or office administration preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
  • Demonstrated organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to exercise leadership and problem-solving
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented and self-driven
  • Experience in event or entertainment industry is advantageous but not mandatory

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • College degree preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint or similar programs
  • Ability to multi-task and be highly organized
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong phone etiquette and professional demeanor
  • Ability to prioritize, delegate, and follow-up effectively
  • Capable of diffusing volatile situations with tact
  • Proficient typing skills with a minimum of 30 words per minute
  • Flexible schedule including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide daily support to the General Manager including preparing for meetings and industry functions
  • Field general inquiries and escalate to the General Manager as needed
  • Compile venue finances for weekly profit and loss reports
  • Support the General Manager's schedule and calendar upkeep
  • Research and distribute monthly local crime reports
  • Research various projects including business plans and sponsorship binders
  • Process ticket request forms
  • Provide general office upkeep including managing supplies and preparing meeting spaces
  • Support finance team by submitting final finance reports, creating show files, and submitting venue invoices
  • Organize charitable efforts and support venue rentals
  • Develop office systems such as accounting, onboarding, lost and found, and IT-related systems
  • Develop office standard operating procedures manual
  • Create venue templates for presentations and proposals
  • Assist with venue projects as necessary
  • Assist with venue internship program
  • Support venue staff in job functions as needed
  • Complete other assigned duties
