Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in the music or entertainment industry
  • self-motivated and eager to grow
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to handle inbound calls and emails professionally
  • competency in coordinating logistics for VIP events
  • experience with shipping and fulfillment processes
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in the music or entertainment industry
  • proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • experience with Photoshop, Adobe, Canva or graphic design
  • social media experience
  • creative thinker and problem solver
  • ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced deadline driven environment while maintaining organization and attention to detail
  • excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
  • strong sense of teamwork and ability to work independently to execute programs

Job Duties

  • deliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyalty
  • answer inbound calls or emailed inquiries to resolve customer concerns
  • liaise between VIP Nation staff and customers including communicating VIP itineraries, creating guest lists, and other logistics for VIP events
  • coordinate with the operations manager to execute marketing campaigns and strategies
  • support the senior director to prepare for upcoming tour sales and events
  • research for VIP programs as needed
  • proficient in merchandise shipping projects using UPS, USPS or our fulfillment partners
  • assist in reporting VIP sales and managing ticket inventory
